Looking for a seasoned technical project manager to support cross disciplined initiatives to drive product adoption and improvement through creating and nurturing an ecosystem of partners

 

Role and Responsibility

  • Drive the adoption of new Microsoft product with Identity partners through outcome driven approach (75%)
    • Create an ecosystem of partners for a new product launch
    • Work with CxP team to review the partner reach, impact and blockers
    • Interact with multiple teams across product management and customer experience to build partner workshop package 
    • Reach out to partners to schedule and execute workshops and demos with support from CxP team
    • Provide technical support to partners and provide feedback to engineering team 
    • Monitor and track outcomes to improve the process as needed
  • Work with GSI partners across multiple products to enable growth (25%)

 

Qualification and Skills

  • Technical project manager with experience collaborating with multiple teams to drive support cross disciplined initiatives for technical
  • Ability to learn technical product and drive technical discussions with external teams
  • Business development skills – creating an ecosystem of partners.
  • Ability to build and execute on a project plan
  • Detail oriented- focused on project planning, assistance, and follow through. 
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Must be flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Previous experience working with customers and partners is desirable
  • Previous experience working in pre-sales and sales support role is desirable
