The change in file size can be dramatic, depending on the images.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Right-click any picture in your presentation and select <strong>Format picture <\/strong>from the<br \/>\ndrop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Under the <strong>Picture<\/strong> tab, click on the <strong>Compress<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bluew.com\/test2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/compress-pictures-ppt-2003.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-612\" style=\"padding-left: 0px;\" title=\"compress-pictures-ppt-2003\" src=\"http:\/\/bluew.com\/test2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/compress-pictures-ppt-2003-300x249.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"249\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Compress Pictures menu is shown above. Under <strong>Apply to<\/strong>, select either <strong>Selected pictures<\/strong> or <strong>All pictures in document<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Change resolution<\/strong>. select <strong>Web\/Screen <\/strong>if your presentation will be used for a screenshow.
